Thanks for the info. I may look into the Innicycle converter. I have the original Look carbon fork with the bright yellow Litespeed logo and I'd really like to keep it.

Yep - BITD I had a '98 Natchez with the same fork :)

Merlin Sandstone - gravel bike, but just have to throw on some road tires and it'll pull double duty.

My 1/2 bike road is a Bianchi S9 Matta and standing on a 6:00 crankarm to look at flex is silly.

So now we have almost the same exact bike: Ti frame, LightBicycle wheels, Ultegra and rim brakes. I guess there's nothing else to buy!

I've not seen it - exact?

My 1996 Merckx EX frame has had numerous wheels, cranks, saddles and various color bartape since I've had it, but this is its final form, well final 2 forms. Custom made Columbus Max fork, ti seatpost, Archetype rim and 30c tyres, 30 speed and gunmetal 3ttt bars and stem.

And slight variant with deeper Campag Shamal wheels and 28c tyres.

Its Ti and has LB rims - but the similarity ends there I think.

New Lynskey Elysium frameset I built up. I worked a lot of hours last year to receive a nice bonus, so I gave it the full Sram Red treatment. Was able to use some discounts and some other gift cards I received for some side hustle to offset some of the ridiculous cost of the Red components. I am still messing with the fit a bit, so I still need to trim the brake hoses back but I am pretty close to being set on the stem and fork length. Took it for a shakeout ride yesterday, got in 25 miles and it felt fantastic. Very happy with the results. Now that I am pretty set on the stem length, considering picking up a Ti stem as well.

Thanks, yea I initially was going to go with a deep blue, but the orange kept calling me, so I went with it.

yes please. What does it weigh?

Drum roll ......... As it sits in the picture excluding the pump (42mm tires, mounts, Power Meter, and pedals) 20.4lbs. Running the second wheelset (same rim\hubs) with the Pirelli P Zero Race RS TLR in 32mm, 19.2 lbs. I was surprised how light the cassette is being as big as it is, it sub 300g. I could get it under 20 with the larger tires if I got rid of the power meter on the cranks and moved to power pedals, but I like the quarq PM. I am looking at getting a Ti Stem. If I ran the P Zero's with TPU's that would get me under 19 as the tubeless sealant weighs more than the tpu's.

Overall, I could not be happier with the bike and how it rides. Has to be one of the most comfortable bikes I have ever ridden.

But this does look lovely... Ti ring from Sturdy Bikes in England

Edit: I ordered some new pedals, Time ATAC XC 12's, and ordered the Ti Stem. Should get me close to or just under 20 lbs with the gravel tires and under 19 for the road tires.

Sorry about NDS. This is in Yellowstone. The frame is a Sage Barlow, and came with that Enve fork. Scored the frameset (with fork) on Jenson for $2K. Then I build the rest of it up for her. The orange trim idea is hers. The top tube protector and huge pedals are due to a hip she eventually got replaced. The ride is sublime (even though the frame is slightly too small for me).

Edit: Sorry, I did post some photos a few pages back (and then forgot).

Got this a couple of months ago. Cleaned it up and converted to Racing T to fit my out-of-shape body. Liking it a lot, fits really well.
Refinished the fork due to scrapes. Wish it were shiny, but the price was right. Missing saddle because only half of the SP clamp was there. Replaced the calipers with Chorus and added new springs to the Ergo on the right. Added the bottle holders, pedals, put Vittoria G+ on, new wrap on the bars besides the lights and Roam. Need to take care of the wheels as they are a mismatch of rims and hubs. The black stem makes it look smaller!

It is really not that hard with 3M pads, I keep 4 Litespeeds and a LeMond Ti fairly shiny as long as your retired and have time. A little touch up every now and then is all it takes.
