Am looking to swap some wheels between bikes and buy a set of cheap training wheels. Both bikes are ultegra 10 spd. 700c. What are the options for buying a spare cassette and wheel sets.

Are campag wheels or any other brand interchangeable with shimano?
Can you put 10spd shimano cassette on a wheel that had an 8spd shimano cassette or a campag cassette?
What should I look for when buying a second hand or cheap pair of wheels
