Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

BBattle Question

Do you actually post these threads for a specific purpose? Or do you post them because you can't get any other comments from other threads? I've seen some replies for them in Bike Forums but I've never seen anyone actually enjoy them.

I guess he's an avid Motobecane rider who got offended at the original question.

but Orbeas are made by communist sympathizing, Armstrong hating, pintxo eating, cider drinking, Basque separatists who are cruel to Bulls! Much worse than BD

well the guy posts over 7 threads per day average....i guess anyone posting that much is going to start talking out of their anal region eventually.

the guy needs to go out and get his leg over a nice lass instead of his bike...problem sorted

Since most members didn't get your vague statement on your hatred for Motobecane threads, maybe you should look inward for an answer to why your waste of Joe's space didn't land. Maybe it IS possible that we are all not idiots, and just can't RISE to your level of humor.

It seemed to me that you felt slighted by the Motobecane for parts thread, so you wanted to slam other bike makers, Giant, Trek, Etc.

I guess I don't get it I mean... I've been off the forum for a couple of days so I guess I missed something. Here's my understanding...
-Someone posted a motobecane thread... (they kinda irritate me too)
-bbattle posted basically the same thread, like 30 times, to make fun of the first thread?

Does anybody else see this as asanine? I mean, I'm no fan of the moto threads, but posting multiple threads in retaliation seems a little over the top to me.
