To test this, smoke a bowl, then go ride, do you still get all agressive?

I know pot is good for me. It helps me turn creative and busy energy into positive plotting/planning/future-investing thinking. It helps me relax. I'm a lot more fun to my wife. And I can vaporize and avoid the evils of smoke in the lungs, but one of the points of acute, intense exercise is to boost testosterone levels. This helps mediate muscle hypertrophy. Growth hormone is also increased. I also mostly exercise between work and work so it's a definite no-go.
I'm almost certain that if I got high and tried to ride, I wouldn't be able to reach the intensity that I do when I'm "sober". I wouldn't really want to. I also can barely ride without crashing sober. I'd hate to add something like that to my already sorry riding skills.

I'll admit that I get pissed off and aggrevated from time to time due to certain things, but I know it's probably unintentional, so I turn any aggression to the pedals instead.

Is there a physiological explanation for this? More testosterone? Adrenaline?

my point exactly, the post ride high is there because of the chemical release in the brain, but you don't get that during the ride, so that you can be alert and hyper-responsive. By getting stoned and going for a ride, you bypass the adrenaline /testosterone spike, and imitate the post ride euphoria. hence the more relaxed, but slower ride. but not the aggressive, eff the car going by mentality. personally, i like getting mad at the car, i go faster trying to catch up

In the old days, cagers were basketball players.

Oh yeah, and sorry for loving the environment, enjoy your cage.
