Is this a scam?

I am tempted (by the frame) to go for this. But checking the seller's feedback history, its nothing but vases, no bike stuff. Am i asking for trouble bidding on this? Any and all opinion/advice welcome.

"Full Dura Ace" would include the crank in my book though, and probably the wheels and pedals too.

No . is right, I can see your logic, honestly ,I find it MORE of a turn-off when sellers ARE really bike savy. For example,a Bianchi sold recently, celeste, what else, many are on e-bay lately. What made that bike different was the fact that it was partially disassembled, the seller, a company of sorts, storage or such admitted that he and his crew couldn't figure-out how to put it back together, " maybe something's missing ?" is what he stated in the ad. Many bidders, it sold for a lowish price. I don't buy Bianchis, but that one I thought differently about. For a change it wasn't some NYC smoothie, They're who I avoid ! Don't anybody freak-out on me now, I was and bred there !

But with a bike, shipping is a PIA. I sold a bike, and got lucky that a local guy bought it. I really didn't want the hassle of packing & shipping. I was HOPING for local pickup.

Doesn't look like a scam...
"The frame was raced and trained on for about a year and a half, and has about 12,000 miles on it. This super stiff and light aluminum racing frame was handmade in the USA, and has been the choice of many top pros for years. The components are about 3 years old, "
12K miles/year on frame, 3 year old components (36Kmiles on components?) ...lots of wear probably
