From my days of participating in auto rallyes.
60m/T=average speed m is miles in decimal form, as I believe all bike computers provide it. T is time in minutes. If your bike computer provides elapsed time, be aware a reading of 1:24.45 would have to be converted to 84.45 minutes, although quite frankly you can round off to 85 minutes. Quite frankly it isn't a whole lot of money to just buy a bike computer that automatically computes your average speed. Probably any model from $19 and up does. |
