i hate to bust you lowcel but most of the mighty Appalachians have been downgraded to hill status because of erosion. Maybe wvu should steal western ky university's mascot and become the hilltoppers

so uh.... why are you so pasty white? All the bike racers I know are all tanned from training.
Your arms are too far apart, you are defeating the whole purpose of aerobars.
You're hyper exending your knee.
I cant tell, is that a double or a triple on your bike? There arent even hills where you live, why would you have a triple?

too far behind BB, too much distance to bars.
Too much saddle to bar drop.
elbows too far apart and ridiculous expression on your face.
And not enough guad.

Throw the stick!!!!
Believe me, compared to Michigan they are mountains. Besides that, any climb that is six miles long I don't consider it being a "hill".

Gee willikers Hammertime,
You sure set yourself up to be dunked in the sheep dip this time by posting those pictures.
Best download some Village People on your I-Pod and sort this issue out.
Why a TT cycle in the mountains of central Michigan?Give up on climbing?
"a couple of guys pasted me"

because he doesn't ride for that team?
not saying he 'plays for the other side', though.
besides, if I'm racing him in a TT, I'd want him to wear as much wind-catching and chafing clothing as he can. i'm sure i'd need all the help i can faced with the power of da man and his droping guads.

I am no aerospace engineer, but I have to think that dragging your foot will slow you down a good bit.
