What's your current/goal height and weight?
Me:
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 175lbs
I've lost nearly 25lbs since this time last year and hope to be able to get down to (and stay at) the 165 range before too long.
How about you?

Throw the stick!!!!
Current:
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 178 lbs
Goal:
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 165 lbs
One year ago:
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 168 lbs
Two years ago:
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 220 lbs
I've determined that I'm not fat I'm just short for my weight. Even though I keep working on it my height doesn't seem to change much. Maybe I should adjust that goal.

I wish to be 5'8"-5'10" but since I've been stuck at 5'6" for the last 8 years, I don't think it's going to happen for me.

Good luck with that. I work on it and work on it and I just can't get that extra height I've been seeking.

Current - 5'11" 195 lbs
Goal - 5'11" 195 lbs of just muscle. That'll involve losing 10 lbs of fat and then gaining the 10 lbs of muscle. I toured from april to july this year. I started at 186 and ended at 186 as I lost the fat and gained the muscle. Then once I stopped I gained 10 lbs so I now have the 10 lbs of fat on top of the new 10 lbs of muscle. Need to get back on the bike.

I know what he means. I'm 6'1" and 205 Bruce, you know me, could you imagine me getting to 165-170? I have abs showing right now. 20 lbs would be obtainable, but 35 for me would make me look sick, and I would have to lose tons of muscle.
Now to the question:
6'1", 205
I would like to get back to my graduation weight of 182, which was the best shape of my life.

The "big boned" thing is usually said about people that aren't large and fit. I'm sure you know exactly what I am talking about. Just come to WV for a day and you will see plenty of examples.
I still consider myself overweight but around here I am generally considered skinny when not around other cyclists.

5'10" (When I was 3, the pediatrician predicted I would be 6'3" and I was always one of the tallest kids in my class. Then I got stuck on 5'10" when I was 13 and I'm still stuck here for 27 years in a row. I'm still hoping, but the trend is not encouraging.)
Currently: 172.5 lbs.
Goal: 166 lbs.

I know what he means too, it's just that when I weighed 220 I couldn't imagine ever getting below 180. Once I got to 168 I could still see where I could lose weight. The thing is, my body changed a good deal to do it. I lost a lot of my uppper body mass and probably won't ever see it again.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. The reason it's hard for me is when I wrestled in HS at 161, I was told I had to gain weight because my body fat was lower than they thought healthy. So, for me to be at 170 would be pretty low, especially since I have grown an inch. I was around 5-6% at 175 in HS. I think the last time I was tested at 200, I was just under 15%. So 30lbs of fat total.
Now how am I supposed to get down to 170?
Some of this weight comes form growing up wrestling and playing ice hockey and now my job. Weightlifting has been a major thing for me since I entered HS. Not as a competition, but so I can do the best job at what I was doing at that time(sports, and now my job).
Now that I'm getting ready to upgrade, I'd like to see 190-195 by Christmas and 180-185 by next April. We'll see. :/
