http://penelope.dhs.org/%7Elindsey/2007.06.10_rc4.jpg I got mine from Glory Cycles. I had a horrible experience with them overall. They did a crappy packing job which resulted a scratched frame and dented wheel during shipping. The seatstay and wheel were smashed into each other during shipping and the rim was actually crushed in by about 1/2 mm. My PhD is in materials science and I know how these things fail - I did not want to race on this carbon frame. I started a UPS claim for 3/4 the price of the bike ($1500), more than enough to cover the frame, wheel, and their time. Glory shipped a replacement frame (charged me for it) but packed the replacement wheel in with the new frame. This was ********, because the frame box is not designed to hold both a wheel and a frame. SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN, bent wheel & scratched frame. When I asked for them to do the replacement again, they said no. They wouldn't refund my money until the UPS claim cleared. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. This whole process took 3 months. In a nutshell, Glory was great at first in terms of customer service. I wanted an RC4 so they swapped parts over from an NX7 and had great communication - but then after the shipping went wrong they just turned their backs on me... I will not be buying from them again. If you buy from Glory, MAKE SURE THEY DON'T REPACK THE BIKE. They are incompetent. Blue packs their product very well and they will not get damaged during shipping. |

Love these bikes!!! I'm fairly new to road bikes and since my LBS doesn't carry them I had to settle for a Specialized Roubaix Elite.
