I spin anywhere from 85-100 on the flats depending on how hard I want to work. Usually (I stress usually), the harder I'm hammering on flats, the faster I'm spinning (seems to lower PE). I turn upper 70's to low 80's on climbs.

I'm not a great spinner, or masher either, for that matter. I try and keep it in the mid 80's. By the end of 50 or so miles I'm usually down to the upper 70's/low 80's.

On the flats I usually tend to hover in high 90's to low 100's...After the ride is done it's usually between 90-94...

All the actual data from the ride is saved, but when looking at it in various software packages (training center, ascent, motionbased, etc) you can set the threshold at which it doesn't include the data in "moving averages". That way you can see average speed, % of moving time at various HR zones, but still, for example, compare total time vs. moving time. I have Ascent set to ignore everything below 5 mph except for total time.

Since my computer broke in August I haven't been monitoring my cadence since I don't have one anymore. Anyways, in August my cadence was between 90-105 rpm's, but I'm also pretty good at cranking at 70rpm in the 53x11 for miles on end.

between 90-110, any higher or lower and either I feel the gear is too heavy or I feel like I'm sprinting.
