20% off at Performance Bike 12/3 - 12/5
Might want to wait for christmas though....
Does performance, nashbar, and pbk have huge christmas sales coming up (did they have any in the past?)? This is my very first year of cycling (a couple of months) so I don't know the jest of it....

There are very few times when Performance is NOT having a sale of some sorts....sales that take many forms. The 20% off coupon is rare but regular....and I would doubt there will be another before Christmas.

3 days ago I placed an order an bought a new pair of SIDI Dominator 5s for $199. Came out to be around $170 with the 10% off coupon. Today, i heard about the coupon and was bummed so I went to check out the stuff I ordered. i found out when the 20% coupon was posted, the same pair of shoes jumped to $240. i assume other on sale items are back to regular price too.
3 days ago I placed an order an bought a new pair of SIDI Dominator 5s for $199. Came out to be around $170 with the 10% off coupon. Today, i heard about the coupon and was bummed so I went to check out the stuff I ordered. i found out when the 20% coupon was posted, the same pair of shoes jumped to $240. i assume other on sale items are back to regular price too.

You really have to watch with those folks. A sale price and a coupon is often unbeatable but it usually takes both.

I did that a month a go when they had another 20% off sale (I ordered about $400 of stuff at 15% off). They just turned me down, "better luck next time". Of course, it's their decision to decide.... I was still happy with the savings I had anyway.

Have they always charged $50 for shipping a wheelset? Or is this a jacked up way for them to recover some $$? I sweat I got some from them a while back and it was only like $30.

Try shipping it to a local Performance store if that's possible, and when you pick it up, use up the membership points you earned on that order.
