Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Maybe your world up there Hip and it may down here, IF we had them. Since we don't we'll have to stick with DQ...

I've also wondered about this. I used to pronounce the Q with a "K" sound, but then I heard it on the radio with the Q instead of a K-sound. By that, I mean they actually said the letter Q instead of pronouncing it as in the word "quote". So now I'm just confused. However, it is said, it sure is good!

Hey, if you want a salsa recipe that really kicks ass, try mine: https://www.recipezaar.com/99569

You can substitute the 3 cans of diced tomatoes for 2 cans of crushed, to make salsa instead of pico de gallo.

This stuff is good -- I have friends that make 2 gallons of it at a time. As it is, it's probably what I'd call "medium" spicy. I like it hotter, wife doesn't... so there you go.

Looks really good waterrockets. I like the the lime and cilantro. No salsa recipe is complete without those. If I can get my wife to slow down for a few minutes, I'll have her write down her recipe for home made tortillas. I know there are plenty of recipes out there, but she's tweeked hers to perfection and they are the bomb!
