What, people are critiquing photo post-processing in here? I think the C-dale pic against the fence looks awesome. Just looks like a stained fence to me.

You must have missed my Fuji post a few weeks back :)

I actually like the vignetting. And sorry, not trying to be too critical, just looked a little too cooked, imo. I also prefer vignetting and a little pop on saturation as well. Back to the bikes...

This is the hot or not thread. Its all about being critical lol, no offense taken here. I agree with you, a bit over saturated.

Hoping for new wheels sometime over the winter, think the new white seatpost looks a lot better than the black one that came stock.

+1 to the White Seatpost.

Not as exotic as some, but still pretty hot in my mind! Style points deducted for the wired bontrager computer and not having the valves lined up with the graphic on the tires (still looks better than my bike tho)

Didn't get any feedback when I posted my admittedly poor photos a few pages back
First wheel set is Chris King R45 laced to Hed Belgium C2 Tubulars with Cx-ray's and Veloflex roubaix tires, second set is Fulcrum Racing 1 with Clement Strada 28c clinchers

Has potential for hotness. I like the bike and you have some good stuff on there, but the presentation of it A) doesn't do it justice B) I dont like your set up.

I dont like those bars and I dont like the position of the hoods. that really stands out to me. (I'm not speaking about if the position works for you, I'm talking about looks only) I dont know if it is the angle of the picture but that saddle looks goofy. I like the chris king wheels but would like to see them with all black tires.

Thought about posting before, but I didn't have a good pic of my bike and I didn't want to post another garage door photo. Well today I found a great place for a pic. It's a Seven Odonata with S&S couplers, Ultegra, FSA cockpit and seatpost, and Mavic Ksyrium SL SSC. Let er rip!

Velo Orange tall stack stem

wow modern steel! Hot. Please put up some nice detailed pics (or provide a link to some!).

I'm really intrigued by the stem. Its replicates a quill stem's clean look/angles (increased stack but with -17º bend). According to VO the 100mm weighs 148grams. Can you verify that? If so thats actually great - considering the extra stack height built in.

great build. I always wanted a Traitor Ruben but ended up getting a Redline Metro Classic.

PatrickGSR94 09-27-12 09:05 AM

Count me in for detail pics of the Traitor. Looks HAWT! :)

Thanks man. Appreciate the compliments. nice Metro btw.

Anyways, about the stem...weight of 148g seems a little optimistic considering the stack height. However, it doesn't FEEL likes it weighs much more than my nitto UI-2EX that it replaced -and that was around 150g thereabouts. I do like the look on a steel bike...and its performed just fine.

Looks like I will have to snap a few more pics of the bike!
