Hail to the King!!!

That is HOT, would be even hotter with a matching Enve setback seatpost.

Agreed 100%. That is the 'last thing' I need to complete the bike.

Hot. The first time I've said that with a Giant. It could be hotter.

What's up with the valve cap?

Heh forgot about that. The mechanic that helped put it together was messing with me and put it on joking he was adding weight. I don't really care about valve caps one way or another - usually leave them off just for simplicity's sake.

No disrespect, but once you match your components, ill give you a hot.

Heh - well don't hold your breath then, because it's probably not going to happen. ;) These parts went on because they were what I had to work with and even though they don't match they are all nice components. I've never understood the mentality of making all the components match anyway. For instance I don't like Sram brakes. Not a big fan of the current Dura Ace crank either. I'm going to put Planet X brakes on this bike at some point.

A Sachs and an Ellis... I would be jealous if you weren't so tall that your frames are unrideable to little ol' 5'6" me... :)

Pretty darn HOTTT! How long did you have to wait for each bike???

Not needed on Presta valves. They don't need a cap to keep dirt and junk out of the valve like Schraeders do. As I understand it those caps are just there to keep the valve tip from puncturing the tube when it's all rolled up in the box.

Have to disagree, would be so much hotter with all-black tires.

That bike is hot. I could care less about the sidewalls. Very well done, my flyoverland Cervelo brother.

I swapped the components (Campagnolo Centaur) from the KHS, and this is the result. Am I happy? Oh, yeah.... :thumb:

Love the two toned panel effect. This bike deserves better pictures for a good second look!

I found a nice nearly unused Colnago X-Lite with 9 speed Ultegra in France. I was looking for Campy to match my existing wheelsets, but I am going to give the existing setup a try. Either I will keep the Shimano and add an alloy Ultegra crank, or I will switch it all over to 9 speed alloy Campy.

Looks good! Hot in my book. (Could (and will) be hotter from having talked to you though!)

bianchi10 09-23-12 09:15 PM

Thanks David! I'm super excited to get some of my new items on there, but it wont be for a couple months yet.
