Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Enjoy! Let us know how it went. I just got back from my ride and it was one of those mornings where my body just wasn't into it, but I made it fine and in decent time.

Get after it my man!!
I'm hoping for a ride today after several days off due to a)horrendous work schedule, followed by b)temps in the 40's with ice and snow.

Something odd happened to my garmin data and it won't upload to motionnbased, but it downloaded to SportTracks. 106 miles, ~12500ft, a hair over 8 hours. I guess I was a little short on the elevation...

In a roundabout way, I was able to export from SportTracks to MotionBased. One of the "laps" got screwed up so there is a gap, but it was all descending so it doesn't really affect anything...
