MMMM....fracker. I had my physical last week....first one in like a decade or so. Everything is cool, BP, Cholesterol, glucose....but Triglycerides are high. So now I gotta stop eating anything worth eating. I see now why suicide rates are higher with people just after a physical...no matter how good you do, they always find something to justify banning you from eating the good stuff. It's a freakin conspiracy I tell ya.
