I finally caught up on my rest, I think, after a really hard week at work last week plus the seemingly non-stop friggin' snow and ice shoveling sessions . . . . phew! I'm hope that's over for a while.

I had just started back at the gym over the holidays but last week I was too tired to go. Maybe tomorrow.

Not surprised about Binghamton . . . that is one snowy place.

I hear you with the snow shoveling. I'm tired of moving snow. And tired of being cold!

I can't handle working out at the gym. Much prefer doing other things to keep moving when I can't ride outside...skiing, volleyball, yoga. Am trying to get on the bike inside at least once a week, but the motivation to do that isn't very high either.

We have about a foot on the ground right now and sporadic snow showers.

I don't believe it, but the forecast says it will reach -13 on friday night!

No. Not really, actually. Vacation & then build begins. The usefulness of the banter stopped quite some time ago (check my visitor messages, for example).
