So what did you buy bigbadwulf, the bike? If so, great purchase. Still love my allez, though it is now a backup bike, it is still a fantastic all round bike. Ride the hell out of that think and enjoy!

The last purchase I made was a bike for my daughter. I purchased a Gavin Acele bike from u-buyit.com,hoze enterprises, because I thought it was a good deal and just what I had wanted after looking at the listed specs and the pictures shown of the bike. To my surprise when I got the bike many if not most of the parts on the bike were not at all as listed and shown. When I tried to straighten it out with customer service I was treated with no respect, they said I could return it if I wasnt happy but I would not only have to pay the shipping for the return but also a 15% restocking fee. So they advertize one thing, ship another, and then make money on it? What a scam. All I can say is that it was the same color as shown.

I went a little crazy this week and decided I needed to swap out the stock specialized stuff for white Ritchey components. New bars, stem, post, bar tape (Bontrager gel cork) and cages (Arundel sport), all to be put on next week.
