Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I stopped ordering from Performance when they closed my local store, so I have good no way to deal with defective products.

+1 for LBS, I've seen the light... and the light is good.
I stopped when my brother sent me a link to a stem that was $18 for him on his computer and showed as $39 on mine. I don't know how they are doing variable pricing (it's not in cookies) but since I've bought from them they never seem to have good deals anymore.
Also they made me pay to return clothing that was defective, and that I wanted exchanged, not refunded (since it was a good deal on a jersey) and they still just give me a refund, so after paying for 2 day air so it would only take a week to be delivered, and then having to pay to ship it back, they give me my $20 back. And since their prices show as higher for me now, the cheapest jersey they have now is 2x more then before.

Thank you. I bookmarked the page so I can post it all over the next thread flaming [insert resale company name here] for their poor CC security.

Plus (and this is a BIG plus to me) they use paypal, which I trust waaaaaaaaay more than just using my CC.
For the record, Jenson USA has nothing to do with Bike Nashbar / Performance Bike / Supergo.

Thanks!
