I stopped ordering when they refused to send a replacement for a $10 product which was missing pieces, but instead insisted that I had to pay to ship it back and then, if they determined that I was right, they'd ship me a new one.
I stopped ordering from Performance when they closed my local store, so I have good no way to deal with defective products.
+1 for LBS, I've seen the light... and the light is good.

Also they made me pay to return clothing that was defective, and that I wanted exchanged, not refunded (since it was a good deal on a jersey) and they still just give me a refund, so after paying for 2 day air so it would only take a week to be delivered, and then having to pay to ship it back, they give me my $20 back. And since their prices show as higher for me now, the cheapest jersey they have now is 2x more then before.

this is happening way to often....many companies including Paypal(which I'm now using) now offer one time usage cc numbers....it's the only way I'm making cc purchases online, and I suggest everyone else look into these as well....you can use these numbers with any retailer that accepts cc payments...they don't have to accept Paypal.

IIRC Jenson is also in there too...but I'm only going off of an old memory. I know they picked up Access too, but then it just went away I think. FWIW, I've been getting stuff from Universal Cycles lately. They price match pretty much everyone, I've successfully used the price match function a few times, and it's very fast, like instant response to your email. Plus (and this is a BIG plus to me) they use paypal, which I trust waaaaaaaaay more than just using my CC.
Thanks!
