I was expecting to see a custom fit Serotta.
Ghanny that third pic (from a quick glance) looks like that was one major "oops"

I drove a quad straight off a 15ft sand dune at high speed, realizing too late that the slip face pretty much dropped straight down like a cliff - most definitely a major oops
