What's really funny is many of those hipsters are ultra-left-anti-corporate-activist types who will boycott corporations with glee but who have no problem giving Philip Morris $5 a pack.

What is up with the girls pegged jeans? I mean, what's up with dudes wearing them? Man, I am so out of style.
When I first started riding again last yr, I came across I a guy I will never forget . A guy was sitting in front of Starbucks with his buddy. He had a brand new Pinny Prince with Record and a full Assos kit toking on a cig. I guess it's not just the fixie kids.

They are doing resistance training for their lungs ..... It's best to smoke before and during training rides. Then don't smoke on race day and you'll feel much faster !

Like botto, there are times when I miss my smoky treats.

But after 23 years as an ex-smoker, not too much. But still. You'd think that cigarettes would never smell good to me.
Sigh.

10 years since I quit and it's one of the best things I've done. What I find the most shocking is how I could have smoked to begin with since it's essentially declaring war on your lungs.

I used to light up before and after rides, even when I was racing. It wasn't part of my "training regime" but I felt invincible when I was a kid.
25+ years smoking, 2+ years not smoking.
I may feel better but I still miss the smokes sometimes. I found smoking very enjoyable.
