Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I never tried their jerseys, but the leg-grippers on the Castelli shorts have a reputation for being over-enthusiastic. I know mine were...

Ditto . . . wonderful fashion but they're cut too darn small for me.

You know, maybe I'm not as fat as you think I am. That Large fits me great. Tried an XL and it was too big.

I have two jerseys i love, and 2 bibs, one great (Dome Duo) and one crap (ergo duo)
The Ergos have elastic grippers that unraveled after a week. I wrote a love letter to Castilli and never even got a "NO" in reply..

All things considered, cellphones had far more cache in 1988. I sold Mercedes cars back then and only the rich customers had them.

Some of the stuff is made by 12 y.o. Eastern European slave labor, 80 y.o. Bosnian refugees and the like in Romania and Italy.

I have one of their long sleeve jerseys. Other than having really long sleeves it fits me well. Somehow it seems to be the perfect warmth without causing me to overheat at anything from about 40 to 60 degrees, which is great. Unfortunately, I live in SoCal, where most rides end up at temps warmer than 60, so rarely wear it.

Bikes: A lot.

I have a pair of their bibs (Dome Duo) and I love them. I'm 155lbs, 5'10 28inch waist, and bought a large (medium in just about every other cycling cloths, xs in most national brand casual cloths). They fit great except for the leg grippers just don't stretch. I guess I have too big of quads.

It seemed all of my Italian Friends at Fordham had Cell Phones as well.

They loved calling from different places, and always asking me to guess where they were.

Only cost them 10 dollars a pop to do that.
