Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cantilevered chainstays mean it is quite old. 2.8 series?

If it is pristine and fits perfectly, offer $150.

I'm guessing late 80's / early 90's. I had a similar Cannondale at the time.

3.0 frame. The rear brake cable runs under the top tube in a 2.8. I have a 2.8.

Try $200 tops. He's probably the craigslist guy who doesn't know the price of what he has, but if he can sell it he'll take the cash.

Correct. It's a 3.0 frame.

I agree, it's worth about $200 if it's in good shape.

These guys are right, it is a 3.0 "criterium series" frame, early nineties. I raced on one of those in college. Great frame at the time. I just sold the frame, BB, front derailluer and fork/headset/stem on ebay about 2 years ago for $80 and was happy with that price if that gives you a frame of reference.
