Ya know the hooch and bad either... combined with yoga it could be a winning combo. Ymmv, of course.

Anyway I like doing yoga on the Wii - not too serious, not too long, but enough to get something done (core or otherwise).

But honestly when I went from 160->150# recently it was mosty from cutting down on eating a Ben & Jerry's bucket for desert each and every night. Diet, ftw. Then tone stuff once you lose the flab.
