A pair of Mondo Pro tires came stock on my Allez and I thought they were complete trash. I may get a flat once or twice a year but I had three flats within the first month of riding these tires. The last straw was when the tire ripped open and exposed the tube. I caught it right before it blew out on me. I switched to Conti GP 4000s and have been flat free since.

Same here - they came stock on an Allez I had a while back. I wouldn't say they're horrible tires, but if you've made up your mind on the Mondos, I'd definitely lean towards the Pro or S-Works model at least.....not so much the Sport model.
I however didn't experience multiple flat tires like Ingleside.

I had mondo pros (stock on an Allez elite) and they were fine. Well fine being relative. Only 2 flats in 1300 miles. Plenty of grip making 40mph + decents or riding in light rain. They did seem to have a fair number of knicks and cuts in them, so I traded them out for some GP4000s. I plan on using what's left of the Mondos as trainer/roller tires this winter.
Would I pay the $60 Specialized wants per tire? Nah.

You should be fine with them. Just check them for cuts if you ride through littered roads. Oh yeah, also rotate them (I didn't and it showed) every few hundred miles.

900+ miles on mondo's to date. No flats. Run over all kinds of stuff, glass, rocks, bumps, RR tracks, dead animals and snakes, my dads dog's feet(twice), through grabble, bunny hopped once over pot hole, .
Then I got my first flat. Operator error. Not tire related. The round tightener that goes on the presta valve. Every time I would inflate my tire I would give it a 1/2 spin to tighten. Finally it ripped the tube underneath the valve.
No other tire to compare it to yet, but I give it 4 out of 5 stars for my first 900miles.

My rear Mondo lasted 7000 km. The front one has 11000 on it and still going, but I'm replacing it next week. Not more flats than with other tires IMO.

I bought a new Allez Elite last month and the Mondo Pro tires came stock on it. I only have about 425 miles on them and so far they've been O.K., no flats or unusual wear and they handle pretty good.
I wouldn't buy them again but I also wouldn't change them out until they start to show some wear.

I used them a few years ago coz they came on my bike. They were sticky but sure punctured a lot. I bought a couple more but they were all the same... kept flatting and I soon grew tired of them and moved to Michelin Krylion which were my favorite tires ever.
