Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I agree with the double "ORBEA" logo being a bit too much. However, I really like the red/white stripes on black motif. For a second there I thought "Pinarello" when looking at the logo and the stripes.

In the meantime - google because that works so well

I don't understand the bit about "bearded vultures"

Orbea Orca 2010, presentation

The long was placed in the enclosure of the Progress of inscriciones Quebrantahuesos cyclists, where endless cyclists enjoyed this new model

Model with the best of last year and a few tweaks, the Orca is becoming one of the clearest references to the current market. It continues through the manufacturing process selective SSN, how to create work that allows five sizes individually designed, 100% exclusive and balanced, apart from the monocoque technology that ensures that the structure does not lose one iota of its benefits. Through the Design Orbea made new decorations, elegant, and sports a fairly wide taste.

The most important technological changes are summarized in the new box set of the standard BB30 pedal (pedal shaft oversized) and the new address using upper bearing and 1-1/8 in the lower, in the nearest part to the support of and where the fork is the most relevant pair of cargo, 1-1/2.

This is the bike that Euskaltel Euskadi lead in the Tour de France and nothing better than the greatest cycling event in our country to celebrate its entry long.
One more year, Orbea offered technical assistance throughout the march cycling, with a fantastic display technical and human that tried to answer the needs of cyclists. The march returned to oscense a great turnout: 10,300 persons between the bearded vulture and Treparriscos, none of which had any mechanical problems had to improvise to continue the march.

Ja ja there goes the Bike of my dreams.. Ufff looks hot for 2010.. yes I don't like the double ORBEA LOGOS but what we can do? Did you know that Orbea is a flower? um is nice to know..
The frame is the same shape, however the BB will be a bit diferent, also the layup of the carbon fibers will be changed, also the White color was deleted for 2010 as well, she is getting prettier and sexier,I've riden Orbea Orca and trust me is such a fine bike that is hard to explain,is hard just not to fall in love with them.. the ride is so nice..stiff but very comfortable,it is a fast bike at least for me it was,I'm just right there again almost ready to pull the triger and If I do you guys will see a new tread about my new Girl friend.. I'm in so muchhhh love..

I know there are people out there that say that Orbea Orcas are ugly bikes blah, blah, blah, I let them live with envy...

Last year only the "gold edition" had the double logos. Lets hope they release some color schemes without the second logo :/

I like the simplistic look of last year's Orcas especially the black and white one and the black matte model. It's a really nice bike and rides well too, definitely on my list of favorite bikes. This new one not so much because of the double logos and overall busy look of logos everywhere.

I'm not a SRAM user nor even a particular fan of it but I'd probably go for Red with those Boras if I had the choice. Beautiful frame but I agree the graphics could be a bit more subtle and original.

I was considering Sram REd as well but decided not to go for it.. I'll stick with DA unless I get really crazy and go with Campy to see how I will be burn here in this forum..

Just because you do not have the capital to buy such a bike does not mean I do not.

Still a beautiful frame buried under there somewhere. My personal preference was last year's orange/black combo.

Always appreciated their rater understated paint schemes. Too bad they're going to Specailized-out.
