The Same Fixed Gear 'Hooligans' Riding with Lance

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Roadies convert lactic acid into hate. Therefore they hate almost everything.

My little sister did the tour on her skateboard. Then Lance crashed and she ollied over him.

Much more impressed by her than the MASH attention-*****s. Both from accomplishment and lack of self acclaim.

Not a fan of MASH guys because I hardly pay attention to make sound judgement, but I think it's cool they're riding fixed on the tour. Why not? Why do you hate their cadence going downhill? Envious?

They're cyclist just like everyone else. I can't comment on their personalities or agenda, but as cyclist why hate?

'05 Bianchi Pista (chrome frame) w/ Sun Rim(?) rear wheel, stock front wheel. I've actually been meaning to take it out to the velodrome soon.

And BTW haven't you done 10 races yet???? Or are alot of those reports training/practice crits?
Not yet - just three "official" races and the rest were training races.. tried to upgrade to the 4's but was denied since they only accept "real" races now, even for 5->4. Oh well.
