I once lost 13 pounds in two days. Of coarse it was because I had to make weight for wrestling and had only a half an apple, 1 bottle of water, and two 2 hour practices within the two days...

You know how much I weighed after my match? More than I did before I started cutting the weight..

Ah.... the post weigh-in binge. I think that led to some behaviors later in life that I'm regretting to this day.
