Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Is it possible to delete a thread?

Sorry guys I'm a baffoon.

I posted a thread on a couple of forums and somehow managed to post it here twice!!

Then I hoped to remove/delete it but there's no facility so I tried to amend it but could not amend the title.

If it's any consolation I'm going punish myself with a well greased chain :-((

You can delete a posted reply, but not the original thread. Admins have to do that.

Its honestly not that bad once you get used to it. Even though I have complained about it, I realized this when I came to the conclusion the old format wasn't ever coming back.

It would be fine, but the continuing bugs are pretty exasperating. I just tried search again ... "Sorry - no matches".

So, it's not "change" that's the problem, it's that some functionality or features that we used to have, we don't have any more.
