Ordered my rollers!
So as you all know, I had the recent dilemma of trying to decide between rollers and a trainer. After much contemplation and input from the wonderful members of this forum, I've decided to go with rollers. They're back ordered :/ so they won't be here for a while. Anyway I got the Kreitler Challenger 4.5 rollers new for only $60! Pics always make threads better so here are some:

for the past month i've been rubbing it in everyone's face that i live in the desert and there's no 'off season' here.
but now i've been holed up b/c of serious storms the past 4 days (read: rain, thunder/lighting, and now snow - serious storms for the desert anyway)
i'm totally jonesing for a ride; wishing i had one of these 'roller' things you talk about.
haha, anyway, all joking aside, that sounds rad - post up with your review, sounds like you got a smoking deal!

haha, i know right?! i could have two days ago, but i wimped out because i don't have any gear for rain. i'm a cali girl
but now it's totally flooded, and it looks like my neighbor's front yard will be washed down the street. we're just not set up for this much rain. i hear people are cancelling shows/concerts in LA due to the weather. sounds preposterous to people in the midwest, i'm sure
how's the weather up your way?

I was riding with a pro from Massachusetts on Sunday right as it was starting to rain and I said it must be pretty funny to him to hear all of us complaining about the coming rains. He said, "yep."
It's been raining... I got out Sunday and Tuesday. Monday I was taking the day off anyway, and today I did intervals on a trainer.
