The name of that idiot SS/fixed guy who lived in SF that used his sneakers to brake on fast down hills, wannabe DJ?

as i recall, he didn't just want to be a DJ. he also was one.

and he didn't ride a fixed gear. hence the idiocy of the footbraking.

I did hear some of his work...... very ordinary.
What is it with these guys? Do they have to abuse sound musical logic and call it their interpretational inspiration?
