Addiction thread summation so far: Seems that this thread is appropriately named after all.

And it has something to do with the name of the bike the OP bought.

OK, how come nobody talks about road cycling on this thread anymore?

What's your point?

What, are you German?

There is a list of jobs in Greece that qualify for retirement at 50 due to hazardous conditions. One of them is TV announcing, the hazard being microphones.

As we left the Starbucks my wife innocently asked him what the weight limit on the lightweight wheels was. A real life facepalm moment.

You could have saved a lot of coin simply by losing three pounds.

Incorrect, I still would have spent the money on the bike schwag.

Rode the TT bike today on a 55 mile ride with a group of 10, enjoyed that ride, blasted the last of the Percoset out of my system, hope to
race tomorrow. Mouth is killing me now (always does in the late afternoon) but trying to lay off the meds so I can race in the AM. Can't race
if I take anything stronger than Advil. The Advil doesn't quite cut it, but I only have to put up with this 5-6 hours until early bedtime. I think
I can do that today, the pain levels have dropped.

That's nothing to sneeze at.

Velo Vol 04-10-10 02:21 PM

Thankfully, I'm just slightly affected. A little extra sneezing and my eye has been more irritated the last few weeks.

A guy I roomed with at school back in the day had allergy problems pretty bad--not just when stuff was blooming. Always blowing his nose (loudly). It didn't look fun.

This Spartacus Blood and Sand is really getting good. Season Finale next week. They already got picked up for a 2nd season too.

Junkies never do. Or they don't care.

WhyFi 04-10-10 06:19 PM

So, someone posted pics of some white Soul 2.0 wheels, and now I'm a little obsessed with the idea of white rims - what else is out there? I've seen a couple from American Classic, DT Swiss - anything else?

Is the tourist authority updating the "Visit Knoxville 2010" brochures?
