You mentioned Tiagra so I thought you were talking about cycling options.

The "b" in "bf" stands for bike. I thought this was a cycling thread. My mistake. Carry on.

I keep thinking I might wake up from this nightmare. My fault for continually clicking onto this car wreck.

that was the mistake indeed... have you read the rest of the thread? :)

admittedly i did feel like 404's on a tiagra bike seem kind of silly. when you could split the $1200 you'd spend on the wheels between a pair of psimets and a nice upgrade to rival, i'd take the latter option anyday

rollin 04-09-10 07:20 AM

Rival is not going to make you faster. Aerowheels are

who said psimet couldn't make aero wheels ;) rival only costs round abouts 500 if you look for it, leaving 700 for a pair of aero wheels. price:gain ratio with zipps... is fairly high.

i got a new helmet last night. The pads in the old one where worn out.

The new one weighs half as much and cost three times as much, yes it is a addiction.

If the Mods have any balls whatsoever, they will merge the Addiction and Twitter Feed Threads and move them both to Foo.

As a moderator on other message boards, I am firmly of the belief that threads should stay where they began - especially once they have taken on a life of their own. Not that anybody here cares what I think, but that's my point of view regardless.

I agree, people know what to expect from this thread.

OK, let's return to our humble origin.
Anyone have any input on the Scott Addict?

You might be talking to the wrong moderators posting that here--we need the ones that have made Foo such a rousing success to intervene.

Between the mods and the software upgrades, this place reminds me of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
