The first ride on my SLR gel flow made it hurt to pee. It didn't help that my first ride on it was a pretty good paced group ride. I lowered that nose and all pain went away.

Fertilizer is not an uncommon ingredient in truck bombs including the Oklahoma City bomb which was arguably one of the more powerful terrorist bombs ever.

What's up with the central USA? They don't have extreme weather like that anywhere else do they? Did anyone ever hear of tornados in France? 20" of rain in day in Germany? Hell, they even have tornados occasionally in the Northeast. We've had killer twisters in NY and Mass.

A friend of mine was lamenting yesterday about all these crazy things seemingly going on at once. I blame it on all the reality shows, nature wants to get in on them and show us what reality really is..
