oh and greece is about to go belly up.

I understand he already doesn't like how it rides because of back pain. It would be a shame if his back doesn't adjust to the new frame. But then we'd get a Scott is dead to me now thread and the search for a new bike begins. Some will no doubt recommend a recumbent.

It's about time Greece got what's coming to them.

Face it Pcad........your vertebraes are screaming for a Cervelo RS.
that's 33 vs 1.....OK..You have a big ego...33 vs 2

ComesATime71 02-14-10 02:34 PM

I'll assume this thread means you have come to grips that your Cervelo is crap.

Yep,
The RS is probably one of their best all around bikes and is WAY more suited for a aging guy with a bad back. Scotts are notoriously harsh riding. Not sure why they haven't sorted that out yet.

Because the people that ride them are willing to trade off long range comfort for stiffness...

There likely isn't a guy on this site that even the RS isn't stiff enough for. Yet there are a lot of carbon frames (especially the uber-light ones) that are uncomfortably stiff at the expense of comfort for most of the hacks on this site.

Ha, that is all I need. A pseudo-intellectual with a 32,000 post count trying to chastise me. Emphasis on "trying".

"Pencil neck geek"? Where you one of the Little Rascals? OK, I get it, you're a macho military guy who like everyone to know. Thanks for your service and all and I mean that sincerely, but this is a cycling site. Keep your machismo for disciplining you kids.

Most people join the armed forces for the free education. I see you are not one of them. : )

Pcad, instead of wasting money on these lame bikes, why don't you treat yourself to a Crumpton on Parlee?

What would be better with a Crumpton on Parlee? It's 'handmade' and 'custom', but if a stock geometry fits....anything better with them?
Please enlighten me. There's quite obvious something I've missed here :)

It's a joke. After 8k posts about how amazing Cervelo is, it's funny to see him over it in such a sort time.. Maybe if he bought something custom and unique to him, he may not need to buy a new bike every 6 months

PS: I'm sure there is plenty you're missing.

No, it means I may have to come to grips with the fact that the Addict is crap. But that remains to be seen.
