It's just really terrifying and disgusting.

I went by the main post office (on my bike so this is legitimate 41 content). In addition to the traditional tent/outdoor drop off station that they have to expedite late-night April 15 filers, there was also three police cars and a mobile Red Cross unit parked nearby.

What's up with that? Are they expecting ********* riots or something?

Ain't that wonderful.....

I wanted to shoot a few people in traffic today.

Update: Some kids were talking on IM, Facebook, whatever, about doing this Tuesday. The police found out, and although they are not arrested they will be questioned and stuff. They better not let them into the school for a while.. even if they were "kidding". Who knows. It's scary.

That's dumb, but fortunate for everyone else.

They have some people but possibly not all. The plan was to pull fire alarm, and then when everyone is going out open fire.

Anyone looking for a house near a good bike road? Here's one--great lot overlooking the Tennessee River. We can become riding buddies.

long may it continue! a few other airports around europe were closed today. france and germany i think.

it's soooooo nice and quiet

Why would anyone pay $20 million plus for a property in TN? Go figure.

Holly 04-16-10 07:00 PM

$20 million for a property anywhere seems a bit excessive to me. But what do I know?

$20 million isn't too uncommon on the lofty end of Manhattan residential real estate.

Great access to see me riding down on the Boulevard de Freds.

Or, a huge house and nice lot overlooking the Tennessee River.

Last time it was up for sale it was listed for $40 million. Not sure what it actually got.
