This thread now has 217 pages, but doesn't quite match the stupidity of the 217 forum. Time to step up your game pcad.

This thread fails at software support.

I moved the file manually and so far it seems to be working.

Next time provide the error instead of a vague description

Just purchased a Garmin 705 it is amazing on storing performance/training history but does not make me any faster.

What's your Addict got that your S2 doesn't? Last time I was here, you were the S2 poster child.

Excel has some 2009 S2 closeouts that I've had my eye on.

Foo page!

Another fun day at work. Finally going to be able to do some group rides!

Aero only matters when you are fast. At 10mph, it's a struggle to push that heavy S2 frame, which is why one would need the Addict.

That's basically all it said. Runtime error (Had C++ Visual in the top of the box).

Then, to add insult to injury, I had to call in to register and got transferred to India or who knows where and answer several questions and then the woman wanted to change services. Yeah, just to register the dumb thing.

Intuit.

It's getting dumber. Now I have to "update" my data file for a second time.

Did Intuit write the BikeForums software?

Tell me about it. I sold luxury cars for 8 years. Couldn't take it anymore, by 1991 I was fried.

I really like that Mazda 3 five door model. Cool looking car. Fuel economy isn't high enough for a car that small though. They're giving those sleds away right now. It was on my short list for a while. We need a car by September.

Intuit sounds like some drunken tribe of Eskimos in some unbelievably low-rent trailer trash God forsaken remote Alaska village that even S. Palin forgot. On the other hand they can see Russia from the local tavern, so they're all potential Palin for President Foreign Policy Advisors.

Hey Pcad, I'll be in Nyack in early July.

I'm a Cat 4 on the road, but in the showroom I was a Cat 2. Actually, come to think of it, I was a Pro. And I wasn't sleeping in my car either. Hell, by the time I was 29, I had bought my 2nd house in Bergen County. We made some OK dough selling those stupid cars.

You weenies underestimate Pcad's Bullshlit Power at your own Fred Peril.

Spelling it wrong once and right the second time.

So what's the verdict? I got through the first ten pages, which was a tad painful. I try to make BF a seasonal habit and the 217 page pcad thread peaked my curiousity.

Looks like you stayed with the KWings. Why?

patentcad 05-25-10 07:30 PM

I love the bike now. Hell, I haven't ridden the Cervelo in months. I like the K-wings. What's your problem with K-wings? The next thing is you'll tell me is that Red pwns Dura Achee

sbxx1985 05-25-10 07:35 PM

I have no problem with the Kwings. I have them. The grass is always greener.

Did you consider a Look?

sbxx1985 05-25-10 07:41 PM

More importantly, what's the S2 missing that you prefer on the Addict? The stiffness?

I seem to recall you chose the S2 because you thought the S3 would be mushy. It would think the S2 was plenty stiff.

Great pedals and ski bindings. Dopey bikes.

Yeah the S2 is really a better balanced bike. Stiff, very comfy ride, aero, reasonably light. But the Addict is stiffer, a bit lighter, and I just love the way the bike feels and particularly how it climbs. Amazing climber. Beats me up a bit after 4-5 hours on a rough road, but I don't do too many rides like that. Hell, rode it 5+ hours last Saturday and it was fine. And even though it beat me up a bit on a rough stretch of road in hour 5, it was great having it for that last nasty two mile climb @ mile 70.

Love both bikes, very happy with the Cervelo and the Scott. They both work fine for me. I'll be riding the Cervelo more soon.
