I just ate an entire bag of whole wheat flat bread with thin layers of PB and jelly. That's ok though, because I'll burn it all up on my evening ride.

I think the NCAA was still snooping around recently, but there's nothing out there that threatens anything more than a minor infraction.

The delicious irony is that Kiffin ran out to his dream job at USC only to get slammed by sanctions stemming from the era when he was there before.

It was cooler out this evening--close to what coasting calls "unbearably hot"--to the benefit of cycling.

I cranked out an amazing lap time on the Boulevard de Freds.

Good thing I didn't eat those potato chips--I might have deposited them on the road going up the last hill.
