Road Nazi ride!

It was 94F at liftoff. I was on-board for nine miles before I ejected out the back.

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

How long is the ride?

Regardless, keep going back. If you annoy only one Road Nazi, you have done Pcad's Holy Work.

Sadly, I will be unable to attend the performance. I will be watching the Mets on TV and Lance trying to win another TdF, either of which are arguably far more pointless.

Lady Gaga is fat. I bet Madonna would crush her soul on a good climb.

I miss the original Zach. What have you done with him?

And what are you the friggin Carbo Police?

Just so long as The Other Other Zach doesn't show.

I'm down 50 pounds to 165 thanks to being a carb nazi, not that anybody particularly cares. I just like bringing up the 50 pound thing at every opportunity.

Eff the original Zack. I'm an OtherZach fan now.

The most knee slapping preposterous aspect of the 33 is that they take this cycling crap seriously. They do. Really. I've seen it in person. I am not kidding about this.

TheOtherZach 07-06-10 07:46 PM

I just wish that weight loss did me a stich of good here in the flatlands. I've seen pictures of hills.

There's a lotta hills where I live. I'm sure there are very hilly places in Ohio. But I've driven through the flat part. It's very flat.

I think they just didn't get enough hugs when they were little.

patentcad 07-06-10 07:54 PM

I don't have much of a life.

Can anyone tell?

40-42 miles.

There's a gentle down stretch where on good days I hit 25 mph solo. This evening those idiots were going 30-31 mph. What are they trying to prove?

I have moles. PBS is trying to freak me out with a program on melanoma. Yikes.

There's one particular stretch on the Nyack Ride that always hits 30+, on a really fast day 33-35 mph sustained for a couple of miles. Even when there's no breakaway up the road to chase. They are trying to drop you you silly Fred.

under18cyclists 07-06-10 08:07 PM

Pcaddy, can I have your Cervelo?

One thing I've noticed in following that Twitter feed lately is that they don't seem to have a lot of fun there.

Sounds like you have them right where you want them. I bet they were really hurting through that bit.

This place may be idiotic, it may be disturbing, but at least it's entertaining.

I do wonder whether you sleep, between working, riding an insane amount of miles, and posting on BF for hours a day.

TheOtherZach 07-06-10 08:22 PM

The hills start 30-50 miles south of here as you head towards WV.

Fred question: what is the 33?

mike868y 07-06-10 08:25 PM

Heard on the TDF coverage today "You know the riders are hammering when they can keep up with the motorcylces." Wow. Why can't versus get some better freaking coverage.

mike868y 07-06-10 08:31 PM

Can't say I'm horrible disappointed, but you do realize that ban is only for the racing subforum, correct?

As soon as I hit the Power Ball kid.

patentcad 07-06-10 08:37 PM

I say ban them all.
