I forgot about Towpath. Don't know if I've been in it, been by it many times on the MTB before I got my road....

let's get our cards on the table. what ballpark time would you do a century in. Let's get our pecking order sorted out.

i'm in the 7+ hours category. closer to 7.30.

How much climbing did you say you did? I could do one here and have less than 1000 feet of climbing, or over 8000. First one I might finish, the second, not so likely.

Cadel cracks hard in another Tour de France. Hey, haven't we seen this movie before?

It never ends well.

And, are we talking ride time or total?

Apparently he's riding with a fractured elbow. This one seems legit, but I'm not sure there's been a race in the last 5 years where Cadel losing time wasn't the fault of something else other than his personal performance. You could learn some excuses from him pcad.

I really don't need Cadel's excuses. Mine are far more numerous and pathetic.

nearly 7,000.

i've done them with nearer 5,000 feet at just over 7 hours.

ride time. total time i think is a bit misleading with all the hanging around posing time.
