Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have them on one of my bikes. I like them a lot. A little tricky to tune but once everything is set they are very nice. I see a difference in my cadance and I don't have to drop to my small ring as often.

I had them. Liked them when I had them. Now that I'm back on round rings, I don't miss them.

Same with me. They're hanging on a hook in the garage. One of these days I might throw them back on the bike for fun. They aren't a night and day change, though.
