Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

saxo wins the fashion award for the evening.

not sure who's the red lantern, but it's neck and neck between rabo and jelly belly. one for not trying, the other for trying too hard.

Those polo shirts Saxo are wearing look pretty cool.

The Radioshack polos make them look like cable repair guys.

Wow!

Just curious.
For those who paid, how much were the tickets?
What was in the chocolate box (in the dessert pic)?

The box was full of chocolate and raspberry coulis. Amazing.

The Jelly Belly team get up was the hit of the evening among the MILFs of the crowd. It probably works, in its own way.

I still have to upload the photo of the jersey I had autographed. Hincapie, Schleck, Cancellara, Voigt, Boonen, Boom, Cavendish, Leipheimer, and Zabriskie. Plus, I got Phil and Paul's autographs on a poster.
