Upright Geometry
Please suuggest road frames that would have the most upright geometry, as in tall head tube, short top tube. Looking for the opposite of a road racing frame but still use drop bars.

Specialized Roubaix/Secteur? Claims comfort over performance geometry wise.
e.g. https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/...enuItemId=9257
Or you could get a touring bike, couple steel options out there from Raleigh, Fuji, etc.

Rivendell Cycles seem to be designed for a more upright position. Read their articles on bike fit.

This category is known as an endurance frame, which gets better hits with Google. The archetype in this category is the Specialized Roubaix. Specialized just introduced the new version for 2011.
Cervelo has the RS, but the head tube isn't quite as tall.

PBK has a 15% off deal this week, and a nice price to begin with on this upright Cinelli frame. Any opinions?

I think the Synapse in on the more aggressive side of the plush bikes. Roubaix on the other...
If you're looking for a comfy road bike that's not a true touring bike the Roubaix might be the ticket, they get good reviews. With the number of bikes out there I'm sure there are a lot of options.

I have a bike with race geometry (Calfee Tetra Pro) but it has a custom head tube extension. My last bike was killing my neck on long rides. I can still get down low in the drops if I need to
