Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Better Derailuer Pulley's

I have long felt like I needed to put some lube in the center of the top derailuer pulley, best it cut down a lot on the friction I felt. But it is hard to do and attracts more dirt. I was looking to maybe get some new pulleys that are fully sealed, top and bottom, to replace my rival ones. I don't know if the whole ceramic bearing thing is worth it but I seems like all the nice after market pulleys are the ceramic type. Does anyone have any recomendations?

Be aware the Shimano RD's typically use a floating upper pulley.
That requires a bushing.

Do the Sram ones I have now rotate on bushings? About the only thing I can find to replace them with would be enduro.
