Finding jersey's that fit.
What's the difference between "race cut" and "club cut". I see this on some order forms.
I typically wearchest 35-37(SM) with a Pearl Izumi Slice jersey and a Specialized Avilian jersey. Fit really well, snug, no flappage, and the pockets are up my back a little bit so they don't flop when I sprint/climb. They both had the zipper pocket n the back too, nice for house/car key/ID, even safer sense of security for those items.
I've got some Cannondale jersey's (MD) that fit in diameter good, but really sag in the bag and junk bounce around when out of the saddle, annoying.
Local bike club doesn't even offer the 35-37 chest size... so that's not gonna work. Reminds me of REI, won't carry PI Bibs in Small size, so can't even buy from there when on sale and make use of discount *grumble*.
PI Slice jerseys discontinued... Specialized is out of stock on everything... I had been wanting a couple more of something just to reduce the frequency of laundry... but then I shredded a pair of shorts and my slice jersey sliding against the pavement couple months back

It's not euro sizing--that's something different--you can have euro size club cut or euro size race cut. Race-cut jerseys are much more form fitting than club cut. Look at any tdf or other pro race photos. These guys are all wearing race cut. Now look at around at most recreational riders you see -- they'll be mostly wearing club cut. You won't fit into race-cut unless you're pretty lean.

"form fit" and "race cut" are basically synonomous -- so you should be OK (although keep in mind that actual sizing often various from one brand to another)

It might fit well. It might not fit well. Kind of like mens pants, the sizing guides on jerseys don't necessarily translate across brands. A 34 waist pair of pants from Levi isn't necessarily the same size as a 34 waist from Dockers. And even even if the waist (or for jerseys...chest) is right, some other parts might be too loose or tight. I had to go through a lot of trial and error to find jersey brands and sizes that fit me how I like.

I just bought a PI tri top recently. It's a medium, and judging by how big it is on me, I would probably need an XS to get the right fit. Way too long and way too loose, and tri tops are supposed to fit tighter than bike jerseys. Keep meaning ot return it. At 6'1 170, only Assos lets me know how truly fat I am: size XL bibs.

It's the wal-mart mentality mate. They would have you belive it's medium, when really what their selling could cover a cricket pavillion.

Which is amazing because as I mentioned, REI won't even carry smaller than a Med size bib short... It's like they only expect thick cyclists...
