Looking for a source to purchase some new bearings/races. Slightly notched, but not terrible.

Bearings are marked: No.23cc x 45

Do you guys know if there's a way to replace these bearings instead of buying an entire headset?

Try posting on the mechanics forum.

Call your LBS and see what they say. Mine has tons of used stuff that came off bikes and most of it is totally serviceable. Or call the mfg. of your current head set.
