Not my bike or pictures. This happened in my area when a bike rear ended this CAAD in a group ride with the CAAD stopping for a yellow light and those behind not stopping for the yellow light - trips to the ER were involved. The previous owner of the CAAD had a picture of it from "before" he sold it.

That is incorrect. The rider on the cadd was the person that did not stop. he was the person that hit the Stopped. Rider. The person he hit end up with a broken scapula, stitches in the lip and busted teeth. He was on a spec tarmac that was trashed. This another guy that was hit got his BMC & Zipp wheels trashed as well as a fractured vertebra and good bump on the head. Leason would be to always pay attention to the lights and dont try and run stale yellows in a big fast group.

Fit dialed in. Need to chop the steerer and possibly get a smaller dust cover to go down another 5mm. Sorry for the ****ty cell phone pic.

So, I recently picked up a '12 CAAD10 frame. For some reason the previous owner was using an Ultegra crankset that is not BB30. The crankset didn't come with the frame but the bottom bracket did. I don't know why you would use something non BB30, but he did. I'm on a fairly tight budget so I was looking at the BB30 FSA Gossamer. But now with this Ultegra bottom bracket already installed should I just look for a crankset that fits it? Is going BB30 worth it?

are those inline barrel adjusters i'm spotting by the headtube? are those necessary with a force build, or just convenient? i know Nagrom has them.. just trying to list out/piece together my build.

WHAT THE HELL.
There seem to be so many posts in this thread about BB30 creaking problems, but no definitive answers.
Is it all installation error? Is the BB30 bottom bracket worth it? Sometimes I put out massive amounts of torque.

Reinstall with Loctite 609.

You get 12,000 mile years? At least 30+ miles a day?
I've gotten about 3k miles on my BB30, creak free.
Proper installation is key.

It depends on how hard you are on the cranks/BB.
Basically, it can be from any (or a combination of) the following:
- your riding style
- where you ride
- how often you ride
- your maintenance plan
I've said in a previous post that I do a lot of pedal stands during climbs and also a lot of group sprints that flex the crank and BB area. I average around 200 to 300 km (124 to 186 mi) of riding per week on dry pavement. I start to notice some minor creaking in about two months usually when I power up on a climb.
