Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bikes: Bikes??? Thought this was social media?!?

Campy 9 - 10 compatibility

I know I should search and find my answer, but below is my proposed drivetrain. Issues?

Crankset - Centaur Silver, 10 speed UD (53-42-30)

Fr Deraileur - Racing T, clamp-on, 1999 vintage
Left Ergo shifter - Chorus 9 spd triple, 1999 vintage

Rear derailleur - Campy Veloce 10 spd (mid length)
Right Ergo shifter - Veloce 10 spd

Cassette - Campy 10 spd steel clusters (11-23, 12-25)
Chain: Veloce 10 spd

I think it's all OK, but am asking for confirmation before buying the missing RD.

Thanks

So long as the rear der and right shifter aren't from different generations (pre-2000 mixed with post-2000), then it should be fine.

Bikes: Old Steelies I made, Old Cannondales

Are the left & right shifters the same "style" ?? Otherwise, might feel strange if they are mismatched ergonomically.
