High-End Carbon Frames and Big Dudes
This may be a dumb question, but ...
I'm a big guy, 6'3" and 220. Should I be concerned about the durability of the lighter higher-end road frames I'm interested in (i.e. Wilier Cento1, Fondriest TF2, Specialized S-Works SL3, etc.)?

I just ordered a Colnago C59, I understand the design max rider weight for that frame is 95kg, about 210lb
Overloading it is unlikely to break it though, more likely the limit is to control deflections at the servicability limit state, ULS loads will be much higher

Contact the manufacturer of the bike you are interested and ask them the weight limit for the bike / frameset. I contacted Kestrel before ordering my current bike (Kestrel RT800 SL), their reply was "If you are over 700lbs, don't ride it. Otherwise you are fine".
With that said, I would recommend trying to stay under the weight limit on wheels, they are much more sensitive to weight than the frames.

As everyone else said, "No." However, I wouldn't buy one that actually had a rider weight limit. If something was to ever happen, you'd have no recourse.

Wondered this myself from time to time. I'm 6'3" 230 (working to get back to 200). I've been paranoid for whatever reason that I broke or cracked the frame in my new Allez when going over some nasty pot holes recently. I doubt I did, could have just been new bike jitters.
I've been on a few carbon bikes for test rides and seemed to hold my weight pretty well. I'll echo what others have said and what I've learned from other riders as well, that the wheels will fail before the frame will most times.
