Val23708, Go see the doctor... yeah, there's an advisory trend here. When I was 13 or so I started getting headaches when active, being athletic this meant always. Turned out my growth rate, combined with puberty caused me to be anemic.

While your assesment regarding the bumpy downhills may be correct, it may have more to do with the last few climbs. Get a stress test.
